I can find no information about this plant so all I can tell you is what I do know. It's small, it's very dark green, almost black, it offsets and has yellow flowers. Oh, and it probably also comes from somewhere in South America, LOL.
     This was from B&B Cactus Farm labled Neochilenia vexata. What can I say, I have a soft spot these dark bodied plants, even with yellow flowers.
