Escobaria missouriensis
"Missouri Foxtail Cactus"



    ;Native to Pine and Juniper forests from North Dakota to northern Mexico, Escobaria missouriensis is another clustering dwarf. Stems are no more more than an inch and a half across and can get to 3 inches high. Flowers are a pale yellow to pinkish color and appear in mid summer.
