Mammillaria duoformis
var. tenango de valle

From Puebla, Mexico, Mammillaria duoformis is a clumping globular cacti that becomes more columnar with age. Stems average 4 inches high and 2 inches around. The type species has pink flowers whereas the variety tenango de valle has white ones.
I liked the black centrals on this one. When I repot it I'll take it's pups and try to root them.
