Probably the most popular and prettiest of the Uebelmannias is U. pectinifera. With it's gorgeous velvety purple body and cockscomb spines, it's a nice addition to any collection. So nice I had to have two! One of the larger Uebelmannias, it becomes columnar with age and reaches a height of three feet. I can't wait! Though it might not be in my lifetime. LOL
