This is the scientific name Desert Tropicals gives this cultivar. I've known it as A. decorum "Sunburst". He also states it's a winter grower, which I found somehow odd. Though it sure doesn't like the summer heat. For me it seems to grow year round with watering. This one gives me the greatest grief with brown spot and stem rot. I don't know why. The picture above is the last piece of it. It's a cutting from a beautifull cristate that didn't last too long. The only picture of it is below. You can see the brown spots spreading. Then it finally succumbed to root rot.
