Echeveria pulvinata
"Ruby Blush"

An Echeveria pulvinata in my collection

Found in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, Echeveria pulvinata is a fuzzy leaved branching succulent to 12 inches or more tall. The one above is a cultivar known as "Ruby Blush" for it's red tinged leaves. Tiny yellowish orange flowers appear in late summer and fall.
Like my other Echeverias this plant didn't do so well for me over summer, it keeps losing it's leaves. It put up a flower stalk in September and only one of the flowers developed.
