Euphorbia meloformis ssp. valida

From the Great Karoo region and Eastern Cape province of South Africa, Euphorbia meloformis is a globular succulent similar to Euphorbia obesa. However it retains it's globular form, growing to about 4 inches in diameter. Its markings are a little bolder than E. obesa and it doesn't lose its peduncles (flower stalks) as quickly. It also has the tendency to offset which is rare in E. obesa.
I beleive mine is subspecies valida because it is described as having very bold markings and persistent peduncles. It's also described as froming a clump to a diameter of up to 17 inches! I would imagine that would take a very long time. Below is another full of offsets and also flowering.
