Haworthia mirabilis var. badia

Native to the Western Cape Province of South Africa, Haworthia mirabilis var. badia is a pretty variety of Haworthia mirabilis. It differs from the type species in having relatively smooth leaves with more numerous small spots in the windows. This one had turned a lovely purple over winter and is starting to green up now in May. The rosettes can get to 3 inches across and like most Haworthias it offsets profusely. The flower is much much the same as other Haworthias.
I got a potfull of this at Home Depot and seperated it. The parent plant is doing well and the offsets seem to be rooting without any problems.
