Monadenium giletii

I can find no information on this plant except from Shoal Creek Succulents, where I bought it. It is supposedly similar to Monadenium ellenbeckii, but a little darker colored and more branching. All I can find out about M. ellenbeckii is it gets to about three feet tall, has yellow cyathia and comes from Somalia. The cutting above finally started growing in late June. As it grows a few more branches I'll try and root a cutting or two. Click below for some closeups.
